SKIBIDI TOILET WAR Bosses: Confirmed Bosses, Adaptive Phases, and How to Survive Boss Waves
SKIBIDI TOILET WAR runs 10 boss fights across 50 waves — a boss every fifth one. Meet the confirmed bosses (G-Man, Upgraded Big Boss), learn why bosses change tactics as their health drops, and how to survive their attacks.
Every full arena run in SKIBIDI TOILET WAR follows the same boss schedule: "One arena. 50 waves. A boss every fifth one" — 10 boss fights per run. The game also hands you its most important fight rule up front: "Bosses change tactics as their health drops." In practice, the safe spot or rhythm that works in the first half of a boss fight can betray you in the second. Only one of those ten bosses is named in the game's own description — G-Man — and one more, the Upgraded Big Boss, has been identified in recorded gameplay. The rest you have to read live, which is exactly what the game asks of you: "learn their attacks, dodge the big hits and take them down."
When you fight a boss
In the main wave-survival mode, a boss arrives on every fifth wave — waves 5, 10, 15, and so on through wave 50 — for 10 boss fights in a complete run. The official description treats them as spikes in the horde: "Giant bosses crash in along the way" while you survive wave after wave of skibidi toilets.
If you'd rather skip the small stuff, Heavy Guns is the developers' "boss rush for veterans": you protect your base, and a boss comes at you every single wave.

The bosses that can be named
The game advertises 10 boss fights, but its description names only G-Man. A second identifiable boss, the Upgraded Big Boss, appears in gameplay footage. Treat these two as the known faces of the roster; the remaining fights are unannounced, so plan on reading attacks in the arena rather than memorizing a list.
| Boss | Where it's confirmed | Documented behavior |
|---|---|---|
| G-Man | Named in the game's official description | "Doesn't just hit harder — he opens new ways to hunt you"; the developers' example of the adaptive-health rule |
| Upgraded Big Boss | Identified on camera in a gameplay video | Giant toilet shown with 10,000 health that spins like a tornado and shreds nearby buildings |
G-Man is the boss the developers single out. As his health drops he doesn't merely deal more damage — he "opens new ways to hunt you," which means his pursuit can change shape mid-fight. A "G-MAN 2.0" update has also been teased, so treat any G-Man pattern you've already learned as subject to change.
The Upgraded Big Boss is a different kind of problem: size and movement. In one recorded session, the player ran into it "spinning... like a tornado," leveling nearby buildings while they described closing the distance as "living dangerously." It showed 10,000 health on screen, and the player's melee punches barely registered — yet the boss still went down ("we flushed them") in that same session, so the number is an obstacle, not a wall. Those details come from that single recorded encounter, not an official stat page, so treat 10,000 health as what that fight displayed rather than a guaranteed figure.
Bosses change tactics as their health drops
This is the one mechanic the game states for its entire boss roster, and it has stayed in the description across updates while other wording changed around it. It has three practical consequences:
- The health bar is your phase warning. No exact percentages are published for when a boss switches tactics, so treat every large chunk of damage you deal as a cue that its behavior may change.
- Retire patterns that stop working. If a spot or attack rhythm kept you safe at full health, don't assume it survives the next stretch of the fight — re-check your escape route when the boss starts behaving differently.
- Expect the biggest shifts from G-Man. He is the boss the description uses to illustrate the rule, so his "new ways to hunt you" are the changes most likely to catch you off guard.
How to prepare for boss waves
- Watch before you commit. The game's own counterplay loop is "learn their attacks, dodge the big hits and take them down" — spend a boss's opening moments reading its movement instead of unloading everything at once.
- Dodge the big hits first, deal damage second. The Upgraded Big Boss session shows why: its tornado spin was grinding buildings to pieces, and getting close was "living dangerously." Distance is cheaper than health.
- Build your run between waves. You pick "a new upgrade after every wave" from the power-up cards — "choose power-up cards between waves to build your run" is where the damage and survivability for 10 boss fights come together.
- Swap your operator between rounds. As one recorded player points out, you can change your operator for the next round — so when you know which bosses are coming, pick a fighter that suits the fight. The game's nine fighters play "completely differently."
- Match the difficulty to your goal. Difficulty ranges "from a quick warm-up to a brutal marathon." The marathon is where all 50 waves — and all 10 bosses — stand between you and the end.
- Use squads as insurance. In squads of up to 8, you can revive friends when they go down — valuable once a boss starts changing tactics mid-fight.
Boss behavior moves with updates
The arena itself was restructured during September 2026: earlier builds advertised 24 waves with no boss count, while the current description promises 50 waves and 10 boss fights, and a G-Man 2.0 update has been teased. Don't carry attack habits across major updates unchanged — re-learn each boss's behavior the first time you meet it in a new version.
